Jerauld Adams, president of the Adams Trust, said that the New York-based actor sent the library a check for $5,000. The check arrived on Monday afternoon at the library on Central Street.
Last year, the struggling library, which was shutdown a month before the city went bankrupt, received a $10,000 check from Baldwin.
Since then, the library has bounced back with volunteers, donations and money from the city.
The actor, who stars in 30 Rock and has appeared in dozens of films, is a huge supporter of public libraries.
The Adams Memorial Library has raised about $25,000 this year. The staff hopes more donations arrive in the next two weeks
