PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- With heavy snow clinging to tree branches and power lines across the state, isolated power outages are possible as winds increase later today, according to our weather partners at WPRI.com
A wind advisory is in effect for RI and Bristol County, Mass. from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, with gusts reaching up to 45 mph.
