CRANSTON, R.I. -- Brian Fracassa knows the drill.
The 44-year-old Warwick man was arrested by State Police just after 1 a.m. Sunday and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol after a breath test came back with a reading nearly three times the legal limit.
It was his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge in one a week.
On Aug. 12, Fracassa, of 936 Williamsburg Circle, was taken into custody by North Kingstown police.
On Sunday, he reportedly veered off the right side of Route 10 south, struck a guardrail, and then veered left to hit the median barrier, police said.
He will be arraigned on both charges Tuesday in District Court.
