PAWTUCKET, R.I. -- A man with a record for drug-dealing going back 20 years was arrested Tuesday -- accused of dealing again and having a gun.
Pawtucket narcotics officers investigating complaints of drug deals around 170 Harrison St. saw 42-year-old Henry Grullon selling to a man outside his house, Maj. Arthur Martins said.
Henry Grullon's customer swallowed the evidence as the officers moved in, but Grullon was still on the hook, Martins said. The narcotics officers searched his house and found a loaded .32-caliber derringer, Martins said. It was the first gun the Pawtucket police seized this year.
Grullon was ordered held as a probation violator Wednesday. He was also ordered held without bail on new drug and gun charges.
