WARWICK, R.I. -- A father and son were arraigned in District Court, Warwick, Wednesday in connection to several robberies Monday in Exeter, the Rhode Island State Police said.
Robert Greer, 61, of 690 Lafayette Rd. in North Kingstown and 31-year-old Robert Greer Jr., of the same address, were charged with two counts of second-degree robbery, two counts of larceny from a person and conspiracy to commit a felony in connection to the robberies Monday in Exeter.
Judge J. Terrence Houlihan set bail for the elder Greer at $30,000 with surety. His son was ordered held without bail on a probation violation.
The younger Greer Jr. also faces charges of first-degree robbery and resisting arrest in North Kingstown and second-degree robbery in East Greenwich.
