WARWICK -- Furious texts and phone calls preceded Tony Gonzalez's arrival at her Nausauket Road house, Patricia Delomba told jurors Friday.
Gonzalez held his hands out to show he didn't have his gun, she said. "'I just want to fight, your boy,'" Delomba recalled Gonzalez, her ex-boyfriend, saying of her new romance, Matthew Chivers.
She told him to go away, no one was going to fight, she said.
Gonzalez proceeded to barge into the bedroom where she, Chivers and their friend Carl Cunningham were, she testified.
She then watched through a crack in the door as Gonzalez shot Cunningham again and again, she said.
"He ran by me ... He said 'your boys are dead,'" she testified on day two of Gonzalez's trial for allegedly murdering Cunningham Jan. 22, 2012.
