PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- A man accused of arranging a robbery that led to last summer's triple homicide is being isolated from other inmates for his own protection.
Donovann Hall, 19, is charged with the murders of Shemeeka Barros, 22, her boyfriend Michael Martin, 23, and their friend Damien Colon, 22, inside Barros' apartment in Wanskuck last July.
Hall is the third person charged in the murders -- and police say the investigation is ongoing.
Hall is believed to have arranged for two 16-year-old boys to rob Martin, according to a search warrant and court testimony at a bail hearing for one of the teenagers.
The botched robbery led to murder, the police say.
Russell Burrell and Quandell Husband, now 17, are facing murder charges as adults.
