ATTLEBORO, Mass. (AP) -- A Rhode Island man accused of being drunk when he crashed into another vehicle in Attleboro last week, killing a young mother, has been released on $15,000 after pleading not guilty.
Jason Kwolek of Pawtucket, R.I. was arraigned Tuesday in Attleboro District Court on charges including manslaughter and drunken driving, according to the The Sun Chronicle .
Prosecutors told the judge the 32-year-old Kwolek was speeding, swerving and running red lights before the crash last Thursday on Route 152.
Police say 24-year-old Kaisha Lynn Guerrini of North Attleboro, the mother of a 3-year-old son and an active member of the Army National Guard, died hours later.
