R.I. agency OKs bonds for Hopkinton campground

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The R.I. Industrial Recreational Building Authority on Tuesday approved issuing $1.8 million in revenue bonds for Ashaway Pines, a new Hopkinton campground site off Route 216.

Money from the bonds will be coupled with a $1.2 million loan from the U.S. Small Business Administration for the campground, which Hopkinton officials have approved for approximately 270 campsites for recreational vehicles.
