Galen Hamann, with her 4-month-old son Jackson, and Sarah Ostholtoff have been at State House since 10 a.m., waiting to testify at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on two same-sex marriage bills. The hearing does not open until later this afternoon but people are already lining up.
