Magistrate Judge Domenic DiSandro III of the Traffic Tribunal sentences Jarred Lynch, a member of the politically prominent Lynch family, for refusing a chemical test for alcohol. DiSandro said Lynch's crash involving a Pawtucket police sergeant was the result of "road rage" and was "intentional." He suspended Lynch's license for eight months, among other penalties.
