ATTLEBORO, Mass. -- Ernest Wallace, who surrendered himself to police in Florida after being named as an "accessory after the fact" in the murder of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd is heading back to Massachusetts.

The Bristol County district attorney's office confirmed Friday that it plans to have Wallace arraigned in District Court in Attleboro, but said the date and time have not yet been set.

But it said details of Wallace's return are being withheld to ensure his safety and that of the Massachusetts state troopers transporting him.

Wallace and another man, Carlos Ortiz, of Bristol, Conn., have been said to have been with former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez when Lloyd was slain in an industrial park a half-mile from Hernandez's North Attleboro home.
