CHATHAM, Mass. -- A Providence man is under arrest after police said he killed a pedestrian and crashed into several vehicles during a chase on Cape Cod, WPRI reports.
The TV station quotes Chatham police as saying Benjamin Shealey, 32, of Providence and Cambridge, Mass., was charged after a Range Rover with Rhode Island license plates failed to stop for Harwich police officers and struck and killed 62-year-old Albert Dellamalva, then crashed into a Volvo with four people inside. The four occupants of the Volvo, including two children, were hospitalized, the TV station said.
