Rebekah Spinola, property manager at Richmond Square, an office building complex on East River Street in Providence, looks over one of four large branches that fell across the sidewalk during Thursday's high winds. She hoped to get them quickly removed. A high wind advisory remains in effect until 3 p.m. A north wind, blowing at 20 to 30 mph, is expected to gust up to 45 mph.
