PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- A May 31 armed robbery in Providence has resulted in Providence County Grand Jury indictments of three people on Wednesday.
Each is charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy, using a firearm in a crime of violence and carrying a firearm without a license.
They are Cristian Rosario, 27, of 93 Veazie St., Providence; Remy Santos, 23, of 143 Burnett St., Providence, and Christopher Peralta, 22, of 5 Parillo Circle, Johnston.
Rosario is also charged with eluding police. Santos and Peralta are charged with burglary and felony assault. Peralta is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
All are being held without bail until they are arraigned Thursday before Justice Robert D. Krause in Superior Court, Providence.
