Miss USA, Olivia Culpo, is announced as one of the top sixteen contestants at the 2012 Miss Universe Competition in Las Vegas.
Cranston's Olivia Culpo has advanced to the final round of tonight's Miss Universe competition, based on results from the swimwear and evening gown portions of the pageant.
Culpo wore a magenta ballgown-style dress with a plunging neckline.
The "top five" finalists now move to the final interview round.
