ATTLEBORO, MASS. (WPRI) -- Drivers using Interstate 95 in Attleboro Sunday should expect delays as crews will reinstall power lines that were brought down Thursday by two tractor-trailer trucks.
National Grid will be running new power lines across the highway between Exits 4 and 5 from 5:30 a.m. and to about 2 p.m.
There will be lane closures as crews complete the work.
One truck driver was shocked after he got out of his vehicle with lines still tangled on it. Nobody else was injured in the incident, which snarled traffic for hours.
Officials said on Friday that a "structural issue" with utility poles set back from the highway were to blame for the power lines sagging down over traffic.
