WOONSOCKET, R.I. -- The Woonsocket Police Department will hold a promotion ceremony Friday.
Officers Sean Carpenter and John Raymond will be promoted to sergeants.
Sergeant Edward Cunanan will be promoted to lieutenant.
The 6 p.m. ceremony will be held in City Hall's Harris Hall.
