PROVIDENCE, R.I -- Michael Collins, 39, of Coventry, pleaded guilty in federal court in Providence Thursday to selling 18 firearms and nearly 21 grams of cocaine to an ATF undercover agent posing as a Massachusetts resident, it was announced by U.S. Attorney Peter F. Neronha.
Collins appeared before U.S. District Court Judge William E. Smith. He pleaded guilty to charges in a federal indictment. There was no plea agreement, Neronha said in a news release.
Collins is to be sentenced Nov. 30. He faces up to 75 years in federal prison.
