Alfred A. Brissette Jr. has served 13 years of a 35-year prison sentence for second-degree murder in the killing of Jeannette Descoteaux in 1999.

The board had said it was "favorably impressed" with Brissette's presentation in June, but had asked for more information regarding where he would live, work and what access he would have to specialized medical care and rehabilitation services.

Parole Board administrator Matthew Degnan said the case was carried over to next month pending more specifics on that plan.
