Winter weather advisory in effect for all of R.I. and southeast Mass.

WPRI -- A Winter weather advisory is in effect for all of Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts, including Cape Cod this evening. Snow and some freezing rain/sleet will cause slick spots on untreated surfaces.

Tonight's wintry mix of snow, sleet, freezing rain and rain will taper to areas of drizzle and freezing drizzle after midnight. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 30's.

Total accumulations will range from a coating to one inch.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy but not as cold, with high temperatures reaching the mid to upper 30s.
