The National Weather Service has issued a snow for southern New England with up to 4 inches possible by Sunday night in some areas.
Our weather partners at WPRI say the heaviest snow will hit the Cape and the islands leaving Rhode Island with maybe an inch or so.
The snow that does hit the region will start Saturday night with the Weather Service saying that there is a "moderate to high probability of 1 to 2 inches."
Saturday will be cold with a high of 30.
