SCITUATE, R.I. -- Police have charged three men with breaking and entering after a house on Betty Pond road was burglarized twice last weekend.
Police Chief David M. Randall said that investigators found evidence at the scene implicating the suspects, and also located a neighbor who had surveillance video showing a car and its license plate in the rear window.
Officer Frank Rambone stopped the vehicle on Betty Pond Road at 4:35 a.m. on Monday and arrested the occupants.
Charged with breaking and entering, conspiracy, and other offenses were Keurys Pena, 23, of 80 Sackett St., Providence, Ryan J. Sionni, 23, of 162 Third St., Cranston, and Franklin Castillo, 18, of 112 Wentworth Ave., Cranston.
