PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- It's just 16 degrees at 7 a.m. on this Monday morning, but a strong northwest wind is making it feel even colder.
A bright sun will help the temperature climb to about 30 degrees this afternoon, but the wind chill will remain in the teens, according to the forecast from WPRI.
The wind will die down tonight and then Tuesday will feel much milder, with highs around 48 degrees. Rain should move in after sunset and continue through the night.
The sun returns Wednesday but so does the colder air.
