PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Providence police have arrested a third suspect in last summer's triple homicide of a young couple and their friend.
Donovann Hall, 19, of Providence, was taken into custody Saturday by officers armed with a warrant, Major Keith Tucker said Monday. He declined to give Hall's address or discuss the suspect's role in the case.
Hall was ordered held without bail Monday when brought to District Court.
Already in custody in the July 30 slayings are Quandell Husband, 16 at the time, and Russell Burrell, also 16 then. The two suspects are to be tried as adults after they were waived out of Family Court.
The suspects are charged with murdering Shemeeka Barros, 22, her boyfriend Michael Martin, 23, and their friend Damien Colon, 22.
