EAST GREENWICH, R.I. -- Interested in learning new skills for a career change or to expand your employment opportunities?
New England Institute of Technology is holding a "Tech Nite" open house Aug. 7 from 4 to 8 p.m. at its new East Greenwich campus.
Visitors will have an opportunity to talk to college staff about the school's expanding curriculum and degree programs, including newer offerings such as veterinary technology, repertory care and a master's degree program in information technology.
College spokesperson Linda Dionne said that the open house will begin at 1 New England Tech Boulevard in East Greenwich and then visitors interested in programs that are based at the school's two Warwick locations will be driven by bus to those facilities as needed.
