WASHINGTON, DC -- President Obama commended the coordinated effort of numerous law enforcement agencies -- federal, state, city and local -- that brought an end to the manhunt for the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing.
"They all worked as a team," Obama said. "We are extremely grateful."
However, Obama said people should also be mindful of all those killed and injured over the last five days. The victims and their families, he said, "deserve answers."
"We will determine what happened and investigate any associations these terrorists may have had."
