PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- A private memorial service will be held at Brown University this weekend to celebrate the life of Sunil Tripathi, a 22-year-old student on leave whose body was pulled from the water this week.
His death is being treated as a suicide. Cause of death is pending further studies, the state Medical Examiner's Office said Thursday.
The service is not open to the public, university officials said. The family has asked the media not to attend.
