BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- A Barrington resident and Army military police officer, Edwin C. Kilcline, briefed the U.S. Secretary of the Army at Bagram Airfield on Friday.
The briefing by Kilcline, an ammunitions abatement specialist stationed in Afghanistan, occurred two days after the base was rocketed by the Taliban, an action that killed four people and wounded six.
Kilcline briefed Army Secretary John McHugh on some of the tools used to look for ammunition in vehicles. He is with the 237th Military Police Company.
