PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The only thing Troy Perry knew was the obvious -- he'd been stabbed in the chest.
But he couldn't say who did it. And, the "highly intoxicated" man didn't want police to do anything about it, according to a police report.
The police found Perry, 34, bleeding on a sidewalk at Manton Avenue and Owen Street, near where he lives, at a few minutes after midnight Thursday. He also had a lump on his forehead, and no interest in making a complaint, according to the police.
Perry was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
