Huge waves envelop the Ocean Mist bar and restaurant on Matunuck Beach Road in South Kingstown, crashing on a makeshift seawall during the height of Sandy late this afternoon. The wind was howling, with seawater pouring across. Matunuck Beach Road. A man quickly went inside after viewing the large surf from the balcony.
