WOONSOCKET, R.I. -- Police said they found crack cocaine, marijuana, pills and cash when they executed a search warrant Friday for the apartment of Chyron Abney at 27 Olo St.
Detective Jamie L. Paone said the vice squad arrested Abney on a warrant Thursday. He was in a green Pontiac on Arnold Street.
Abney was charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession, distributing near a school, subsequent-offense marijuana possession and possession of a counterfeit bill, Paone said.
Court records indicate Abney was held without bail as a probation violator. He is scheduled for a pre-arraignment conference on Jan. 3.
