PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- "Family Guy" creator and RISD grad Seth MacFarlane made Barbara Walters' year-end list of the "10 Most Fascinating People."
Olympic gymnast Gabby Douglas, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and "50 Shades of Grey" author E.L. James also made the list, along with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.
But you'll have to wait until the show airs Wednesday, Dec. 12, on ABC to learn who is 2012's most fascinating person.
MacFarlane recently directed his first feature film, "Ted," and furnished the voice for its teddy-bear title character. In September he hosted "Saturday Night Live," and in February he will host the Academy Awards.
