CHARLESTOWN, R.I. - Town police have charged a man and a woman in connection with three breaks in October.

Tylor Edwards, 21, of 36 Ross Hill Rd., Charlestown, and Alison M. Tedrow 22, of 8 Top St., Westerly, were ordered held without bail Friday in Washington County District Court.

Edwards was charged with breaking and entering. Tedrow was charged as a conspirator.

According to police, Edwards was arrested on a warrant accusing him of failing to attend a court hearing on a previous conviction on breaking and entering and felony larceny.

Police said investigators were able to link him to the October breaks. Tedrow was implicated in the breaks, they said.

Tedrow was also charged with violating bail from drug charges brought by Westerly police.
