PAWTUCKET, R.I. -- Federico Alberto Rico-Mendez is the name of the man who killed his girlfriend and committed suicide at The Lofts in Pawtucket on Dec. 5, Pawtucket Police said Thursday.
Pawtucket police had initially reported his name incorrectly.
