BRISTOL, R.I. -- A 55-year-old Warren man who is accused of two counts of first-degree child molestation and two counts of second-degree child molestation was arrested Thursday following a six-month investigation, the state police said.
Richard Perry, of 50 Arlington Ave., Warren, was held without bail following an appearance in Providence Superior Court.
He is a former Pop Warner football coach, a former Bristol Little League umpire and coach and a former Kickemuit Middle School discipline officer and custodian, the state police said.
Perry was indicted by a Providence County Grand Jury after a six-month investigation by state and Bristol police.
