PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Boston-based Berkeley Investments Inc. said Wednesday it sold the office building at 15 La Salle Square downtown for $29.8 million to Inland Real Estate Acquisitions.

The six-story building across Sabin Street from the Dunkin' Donuts Center, recently became home to nearly 350 workers of toymaker Hasbro Inc. Hasbro has a 12-year lease for the 135,000-square-foot building.

The sale was brokered by Alden Anderson and Bill Moylan of CBRE-New England. Chicago-based Inland has had a presence in the Providence real estate market since at least 1997, when it bought 111 Westminster St., an iconic downtown office building that it subsequently sold.
