PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- For the second time in a year, Victor Arciliares was found guilty of murder.
A Superior Court jury Friday after deliberating more than 10 hours found Arciliares guilty of murdering Alfredo "Pauly" Barros and attempting to murder Ruben Gomes at an intersection in Pawtucket on Oct., 30, 2010.
According to testimony, the men had argued earlier at a Shell station.
Arciliares was convicted last year of killing Dayvelliz Cotto, his girlfriend and the mother of his child. He is serving life plus 45 years for that crime.
