PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Two more men linked with the violent street gang MS-13 were arraigned at District Court Thursday, as police continue searching for others.
The Providence police and federal authorities said Wednesday that they'd obtained warrants against 14 gang members and associates believed to be involved in illegal gun deals, shootings, drugs and arson.
The police seized $400,000 and 11 firearms, but some of the 14 suspects remain at large.
Jose "Scrappy" Reyes, 25, of 347 Academy Ave., Providence, and Anthony "White Boy" Berardis, 35, of 11 Morgan Ave., Johnston, were arrested on conspiracy and firearms charges.
Chief Judge Jeanne Lafazia ordered both held on $50,000 surety bail.
