WESTERLY, R.I. (AP) -- Artists are about to show their view of the devastation of Superstorm Sandy.

The Westerly Sun reports that the show, called "Sandy and its Aftermath," will highlight local Rhode Island and Connecticut artists who will describe in videos, photos and stories the impact of the storm that pounded the Northeast on Oct. 29.

The show is being presented at the Hera Gallery in Westerly, with the Hoxie Gallery of the Westerly Public Library from Dec. 5 to Dec. 29.

The exhibition was organized by Dora Szekely, director of Hera Gallery. She said she wants to capture the local story of the hurricane in the coastal area, choosing Westerly as a central location between Narragansett and Mystic, Conn.
