Vinny Baldini, in the bucket, a tree trimmer, and Jerry Ducharme, the crew leader for workers from the City of Providence's Forestry Department, add branches to bare spots in the 35-foot Christmas tree in front of City Hall that was donated by a retired Providence firefighter from his yard. According to Ducharme, they will spend the rest of the week putting lights on the tree which will be lit next week.
