EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The police are seeking Jasper Williams, 20, whose last known address was Providence, as a person of interest in the stabbing of two men on Saturday.
Williams was last seen driving a white Dodge Charger with unknown license plates. Anyone with information of his whereabouts is asked to contact the East Providence Police Department at 401-435-7600.
